An innovative vertical flow forming center with individually programmable roller axles for warm and cold forming of car and truck aluminum wheels.
All roller axles are driven by a ball screw, low backlash gear and feed servo drive and controlled by a Siemens control Sinumerik CNC 840 D sl.

The spinning rollers form the wheel downwards. With this technology, the premium wheel achieves a higher strength than a conventional aluminum wheel and has less weight as well.
